Investigation Request Form |

The American Ghost Society deals with your hauntings... We are approached on a weekly (sometimes daily) basis by people who believe that they have at least one ghost in their house. All manner of strangeness may be reported and on many occasions, the callers and correspondents will ask what they should do about their uninvited and often spooky guests. Should they move out? Should they stay? Should they talk to the specters or ignore them? What is the best thing to do in this situation? And most of all, should they contact a ghost hunter to come in an investigate? One of the FREE services that we offer is an on-site investigation of the home or business that you believe may be haunted. You can request an investigation from an American Ghost Society representative in your area by filling out form below. Once it's submitted, we'll get the confidential information to a local researcher and that person will be contacting you directly. In order to best assist with your investigation, there are some things that we ask you to do in advance of their arrival: 1. Relax and be a good observer. Even if you are scared by what you have seen or heard, you have to give the occurrences some rational thought. Could the events have a natural explanation? Try and rule this out first, because that's exactly what the ghost researcher will be doing when he or she arrives. 2. Keep a log or a journal of any activity that occurs in the house. When you are compiling your journal or logbook, here are a few things that you want to be sure to include: * Note the exact time and date when the activity
occurred. The journal will be an invaluable piece of research if an investigator comes to call and it will go a long way in establishing evidence about the haunting in your home. |
