Troy Taylor is the author of Ghosts by Gaslight, a look at the ghost hunters and magicians in the early 1900s

9:00 PM: Troy Taylor presents A Magician Among the Spirits, the life and times of Harry Houdini from his days as a vaudeville performer to his obsession with the spirit world after the death of his mother. This presentation will include a look at the author's collection of Houdini photographs, spirit photos, actual slides used by Houdini during his ghost lectures, film performances of Houdini and his fabulous escapes, and much more!

1936 Houdini Séance: Troy will also be presenting a rare, live recording of a 1936 Houdini Séance, the last one carried out by the magician's wife, Bess Houdini. This séance was broadcast live on radio all over the world and is an eerie precursor to the events that will follow on Halloween 2008 at the Lincoln Theater.

Houdini Séance: After Troy's introduction, medium and psychic detective Ken Berg takes the stage to present an authentic attempt to make contact with the spirit of Houdini -- and with any other spirits that may be lingering within the confines of the haunted Lincoln Theater!  This dramatic and nerve-shattering session is not for the faint of heart and children are not recommended for this event! There is no guarantee that any contact will be made, but if it does -- it will be a séance that you will not soon forget! The management accepts no responsibility for the possible effect on your mental health! Attend at your own risk!

Special Admissions & Events:

Stage Seating During the Séance: A limited number of participants will be allowed seats on the stage during the actual séance, conducted by Ken Berg. SOLD OUT!

Late-Night Ghost Hunt:
